Pearce Durick PLLC names Tuntland as Member

The Members of Pearce Durick PLLC are pleased to announce that, after five years of dedication as an associate, Kirsten H. Tuntland has become a Member of the Firm. Kirsten focuses her practice on civil litigation, employment law, and education law.

Kirsten earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota, and her Juris Doctor, with high honors, from the University of Montana. Prior to joining the Firm, she serviced as law clerk to the Honorable Daniel J. Crothers of the North Dakota Supreme Court and to the Honorable Charles S. Miller, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.
