Pearce Durick PLLC’s Zachary Pelham appeared before the North Dakota Department of Labor and Human Rights and successfully defended his employer client against allegations of sex discrimination. The Department investigated the claim and determined the evidence did not support the charging party’s allegations of discrimination based on sex. The EEOC adopted the findings of the North Dakota Department of Labor.
Pelham formerly represented the North Dakota Department of Labor and Job Service North Dakota while he was an attorney with the North Dakota Office of Attorney General prior to joining the firm. Pelham’s practice includes an emphasis in representing employers in all employment circumstances.
