Larry L. Boschee, Chairman

Larry has been with Pearce Durick PLLC for more than 30 years. As the longest standing Member on the Management Committee, he has watched the firm evolve into the success it is today. Larry’s experience brings wisdom to the Committee and a keen eye for practical, yet innovative means to lead the firm into the future.

Zachary E. Pelham

Zachary E. Pelham, Vice Chairman

Zack came to Pearce Durick PLLC in 2007 after spending time as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of North Dakota. He became a Member in 2012 and has been providing common sense leadership for the firm since. Zack’s commitment to effective and efficient communication sets him apart from the crowd and allows him to provide rational, constructive leadership.

Rachel A. Bruner, Secretary

Rachel joined the firm in 2011 and became a Member and part of the Management Committee in 2016. Rachel’s leadership extends beyond the firm’s Management Committee to the Education and Labor + Employment Practices within Pearce Durick PLLC. Her negotiating skills and big picture outlook suit both Pearce Durick PLLC and her clients well.

Meredith L. Vukelic, Member at Large

Meredith came to the firm in 2013 after spending time as a non-profit attorney with Legal Services of North Dakota. Meredith is now a Member of the firm and part of the Management Committee, a role she is well-suited for with her altruistic and forward-thinking leadership style. Meredith’s current focus on Labor + Employment Law and Education Law provides her with valuable insight relevant to this management role.
